Description
The Basic Chakra Set consists of six bottles and bottle # 20 being an optional add-on for the 6th and 7th Chakra.
Use as follows :
- apply shaken contents directly to Chakra area - front and back.
- for massage: place the bottles under the massage table at relevant Chakra points, and or massage each Chakra Station with corresponding Bottle.
- for meditation: place each Bottle on its' corresponding Chakra station, and meditate on pulling each separate colour from the feet to the crown.
1st Chakra (Feet to Pubic Bone)

2nd Chakra (Pubic Bone to Navel)
Bottle # 26 Orange/Orange
Balances endocrine system, useful after chemotherapy, good before and after operations, muscle relaxation, Vitamin C absorption, thyroid, bed-wetting, nervous depression, Candida Albicans and all forms of shock and trauma.
3rd Chakra (Solar Plexus)
Bottle # 4 Yellow/Gold
