Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
The buyer enters into a legally binding purchase agreement with Le Papillon Bleu, Rue du Lac 51, 1800 Vevey, subject to the following terms and conditions.
2. Prices and Delivery
All prices are in Swiss francs. Shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees are not included in the listed prices. Delivery of the ordered goods is subject to availability, as well as the ability to reorder and delivery by our suppliers. Provided the goods are in stock, delivery is normally made within 48 hours by mail. If an ordered item is not available, it will be delivered as soon as it becomes available. The shipping costs for subsequent deliveries are covered by Le Papillon Bleu.
3. inimum Order Value, Shipping, and Cash-on-Delivery Fees
The minimum order value is CHF 30.00.
Shipping within Switzerland is charged at a flat rate. For international deliveries, the actual shipping costs will be charged. Please note that customs authorities typically impose additional fees. We only ship internationally upon receipt of payment in advance.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The buyer may cancel their order within one day without providing a reason. Once the withdrawal period has expired, the purchase contract becomes legally binding. The buyer may return goods purchased from us within 5 days of receipt. This is subject to the condition that the goods are undamaged, unopened, unused, and resalable. Excluded are all skincare products, sprays, fragrance essences, Aura-Soma products, creams, Vita Soma, and Aqua Tachyonia.
The delivered goods remain the property of Le Papillon Bleu, Vevey, until full payment has been made. This applies in particular with regard to the buyer’s right to return goods. Ownership is transferred to the buyer only upon expiration of the cancellation period or the return period, provided the goods have been paid for in full.
5. Additional Information
Refusal to Accept Delivery / Late Payment
If the buyer refuses to accept the ordered goods without having canceled the order, we will charge a processing fee of SFr. 50.00. If the buyer defaults on payment for the goods, we will charge a fee of SFr. 30.00 for each reminder. We reserve the right to claim further damages. The place of jurisdiction is Vevey (VD).
6. Data Processing
The customer consents to the necessary processing of the data provided to us. We store this data for informational and billing purposes. We assure you that we will not disclose this data to third parties.
7. Special Note Regarding Our Silicon Products
The silicon products, which are all handmade without exception—such as the Tree of Life, Matrigon, Spiral Sun, Xyluriz, ProTAC Shields, etc.—may vary in size and color from the published photographs! Surface scratches and air bubbles inside the products may occur. These do not affect the efficacy of the tachyonized products in any way; rather, they are signs that these are handmade, one-of-a-kind items.
8. Final Provision
The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this contract is Vevey (VD).
