Application: Shake the bottle vigorously with your left hand before use (with the cap closed) ... open it and put a small amount of the now mixed essence also in your left hand ... and gently massage the oil around the body at the level of the lower abdomen .... and on the soles of the feet ... and, in case of cramping veins, also on the legs.
