Duration of treatment: The programs last approximately 15 minutes on average. During this time, you can lie down and relax, for example. To do this, place the MyMat on your solar plexus or lower abdomen, for example. To promote your own health, we recommend using the MyMat three times a day, if possible.

Informing (charging, programming) water and crystals
With MyMat, you can of course also program water and crystals with the frequency of your choice. Let's say you want to relax more; select the “Relaxation” program, then place a glass of water... or a carafe on the MyMat and let the program run. It takes just under 20 minutes. The vibrations are transferred to the water (see also the wealth of information from Masaru Emoto). You can then drink this water as often as you like. You can also “dilute” this water, i.e., pour it into a large jug filled with water.
