One way to use the Magic Wand for “self-therapy” would be as follows: Take it in your left hand, wrap your right hand around it, and then gently bring both hands to your body at heart level ... or place the Magic Wand on your belly button. You can imagine that an 8 is forming in front of and inside you, reaching from your feet to the top of your head. This connects both your base chakra (Muladhara chakra) and your crown chakra (Sahasrara chakra). You can do this exercise both standing and lying down. Take a few minutes to do this exercise...
For physical problems, you can place the Magic Wand directly on the affected area (clothed or not, it does not matter)... or draw a figure eight over the affected area; hold it like a pen. Again, you can draw the figure eight whether you are clothed or not.
Furthermore, you can use the Magic Wand to balance the two halves of the brain (a well-known application of kinesiology). This is particularly interesting for children with learning difficulties and for people who are stressed. The application would be as follows: place the Magic Wand on the forehead for a few minutes... and be surprised by its energy potential. You can use the Magic Wand to positively stimulate low-energy sectors of the Bagua. To do this, place it in the corresponding sector.
