Description

Excellent for fatigue, headaches and stress !

Daily massage of finger reflex zones with this flexible ring promotes health, boosts the immune system, improves metabolism, stimulates meridians, activates organ functions and balances yin and yang in the body.

Application: gently roll from fingertip to fingertip. Use the ring for approx. five to ten minutes once or twice a day. In this way, you stimulate the meridians linked to the fingers and thus directly all the organs.

Finger massage is very useful for physical regeneration and in cases of internal organ imbalance, as the reflex points on the fingers are directly linked to the meridians and therefore to the organs.

Designed for finger massage, it positively stimulates the various reflex points on the hands and indirectly all the meridians found in the fingers. This helps stimulate the flow of energy throughout your body. It helps relieve tension.

You'll discover for yourself: daily finger massage will develop into a refreshing ritual, without wasting your precious time. This ring will integrate easily into your life, without wasting time. It can be used in front of the TV, on the train, during a conversation, etc. And all with a casual touch.

The set contains two rings: one Yin (silver color) and one Yang (gold color).

Meridian and organ assignment of the individual fingers according to the teachings of the five elements

Thumb: Skin, stomach and spleen. Massaging the thumb can help assimilate and digest food. The thumb meridian is also linked to the assimilation of impressions and experiences. Stimulating this finger promotes confidence and calms the nerves. Of interest in cases of back pain, stress, tension, fatigue, neck pain, gallbladder problems, liver pain.

The fire element is linked to the thumb... and it's the lung meridian that's linked to the thumb. In traditional Chinese medicine, the function of the lungs is to regulate Qi (vital energy) throughout the body and control breathing. They also manage the amount of water in the body, so fluid-related and/or respiratory disorders are often associated with the lung meridian. Symptoms of shortness of breath, chest pain, cough... indicate a disorder of the lung meridian. It should be noted that a disorder of this meridian can also lead to pain along the meridian (in the shoulder, back, front of the armpit...).

Index finger: Bladder, muscles, kidneys, circulation of blood, water and energy. Massaging the index finger promotes the themes of “going with the flow” and “letting go”. The index finger meridian is linked to the assimilation of physical shocks and blockages, such as paralysis. Stimulation of this finger promotes mental and energetic flexibility and relaxation. Of interest in cases of nervous system problems, hypertension, chest pain, choking attacks, feelings of heat, pain in the back, knees and arms.

The air element is linked to the index finger... and it's the large intestine meridian that's linked to the index finger. A disorder in the large intestine meridian can lead to symptoms such as abdominal pain, intestinal cramps, diarrhea, constipation and dysentery. Furthermore, as it passes through the oral cavity and nose, symptoms such as nasal discharge, nosebleeds, toothache, and pain or heat sensations along the meridian's path can also indicate a disorder in the meridian.

Middle finger: Hematopoiesis (blood cell formation), purification, gallbladder, liver. Massaging the middle finger can optimally help assimilate nutrients. Energetically, stimulation of this meridian can harmonize feelings and transform anger into compassion. Of interest in cases of abdominal pain, toothache, constipation, eye pressure, headaches, bloating, connective tissue fragility.

The Akasha element is related to the middle finger... and is the meridian from the pericardium to the middle finger. A disorder in the pericardial meridian is related to the imbalance of heart and blood functions according to TCM. This manifestation includes pain in the heart area, chest pain (precordial pain), palpitations and breathing difficulties. Since the heart stores “Shen” (mental activities), disorders of the pericardial meridian are related to mania. In addition, swelling of the armpit and spasms in the elbow and arm may indicate a problem in this meridian, as it passes through this region.

Ring finger: Breathing, large intestine, skin and lungs. Massaging the ring finger gives vitality. On an energetic level, stimulation of this meridian promotes the rhythm of life and can transform sadness and grief by comforting the person. The theme of “letting go” can also be positively stimulated. Of interest in cases of respiratory disorders, bronchitis, colds, skin diseases, feverish agitation, nervousness, stomach ache, digestive disorders.

The earth element is linked to the ring finger... and the triple warmer meridian is linked to the ring finger. A disorder in the triple warmer meridian leads to symptoms such as abdominal distension, edema (swelling), urinary incontinence, difficulty urinating, loss of hearing, ringing in the ears (tinnitus). Pain in the pharynx, eyes, cheek, behind the ear, shoulder and upper arm can also occur, as these areas are crossed by this meridian.

Pinky: Small intestine, heart and bone morphology. Energetically, stimulation of this meridian can increase one's own intuition, inspiration and inner wisdom. Of interest in cases of shoulder, hand and knee pain, sciatica, painful menstruation, kidney failure, partial deafness, hair problems, impotence.

The water element is linked to the little finger... and it's the heart meridian that's linked to the little finger. An imbalance in the heart meridian leads to pain at the heart's location (precordial or sternum pain). In traditional Chinese medicine, the heart regulates blood and pulse. If there is an imbalance, a person may feel thirsty or have a dry throat. Pain in the lower forearm and warmth in the palm of the hand can also indicate imbalances in this meridian.
