Meditation

The basic principle of meditation is to observe the internal processes: thoughts, emotions, fears, desires, memories, dreams. Meditation can help you to get to know yourself better and to find more peace and inner calm. The words “meditation” and “medicine” have the same origin; both come from the phrase “that which heals”. Because that which makes us healthy is medicine; on a higher level, it is meditation. The term meditation comes from the Latin meditari, which symbolizes reflection.



To help interested individuals on their journey to their inner selves, I offer a small but fine selection of energetic objects designed to allow more light to flow into one's meditations. The products are designed to help you feel that the solutions are inside your own body and have not manifested outside of it.
